Katie is the Managing Director and founder of Greyside Planning, a Planning Consultancy based in Liverpool with offices in Manchester and Cheshire.

Katie is the founder and Managing Director of Greyside Planning which is now in its 14th year. She is a fully chartered planning professional with over 25 years of planning experience with extensive team and project management skills. Moving from the public to the private sector she has in depth experience of assessing and preparing major and complex planning applications across all development types.

Conversant and fully up to date with current planning policy changes at a local and national level. She has personal extensive experience of working in many of the specialised areas of planning, within Local Authorities writing and applying regional policy and local policy for Local Plans, Masterplans and within busy Development Control teams. As a major projects officer across all sectors within Development Control in North West LPA’s she has dealt with a broad range of businesses, developers and investors.

Within the private sector, Katie has established a professional team that has both extensive experience balancing the commercial, political and policy driven aspects of delivering developments.
