A highly motivated Project Director and business owner with a proven track record spanning 35 years.

Boasts plenty of project delivery, bidding, risk management and feasibility assessment experience across

numerous industry sectors including residential, retail, commercial, aviation, regeneration, infrastructure,

broadcasting, education, and heritage.

Track record gained with industry leading Tier 1 contractors such as Bovis Construction (Lendlease), ISG and Laing

O’Rourke before establishing Box Clever Consulting in 2015 as one of three founding partners.

Graham’s highly committed approach has seen successful project completions for clients such as Greystar,

Grosvenor Estates, Land Securities, MBNA, Heathrow Airport, Caddick Developments, Greystar, BBC, British

Telecom, and Marks & Spencer.

Box Clever Consulting is a specialist construction and property consultancy, whilst Atzaro RE Ltd is a property development business.
