Karina is a Senior Business Development Manager at Morgan Sindall Construction and is heading up the business development for the West Midlands Region.  She joined the construction industry over 15 years ago and progressed her development by working for a number of family owned construction companies before joining Morgan Sindall in 2016.  Karina’s role predominantly focuses on developing an on-going strategy for the business, managing key accounts and strategic clients in both public and private sectors.
