Lisa Bateman, Chair of the London First Region, has been an active member of Interact for the last 7 years.  ‘I’m very proud to take on the position of Chair at the London First branch until 2027. My commitments will be to continue to grow the branch with leading individuals and key players in the built environment, host enjoyable well attended events at key London venues, create an environment for members to knowledge share and support each other in delivering innovative & sustainable projects, and to work closer with other regional branches so there is increased network reach for our members.’

Day to day, other than trying to grow veg at the allotment, Lisa is Head of Clients Relations at Fado, With a focus on customer care, Lisa looks after the overall strategy to drive the business forward. Articulating the core values of the business with stakeholders, ensuring that relationships are maintained and supported throughout the project lifecycle. Fado undertakes refurbishment and interior projects nationally in the Commercial, Aviation, Healthcare and Education Sectors. Fado parent companies are Farrans Construction & Dowds Group, which sit under the CRH & Northstone companies.
