Tom is Commercial Director at Anderton Gables, where he plays a key role in shaping the company’s commercial strategy and overseeing the successful delivery of projects across multiple sectors. With a strong technical foundation and extensive experience in building surveying, Tom brings both strategic oversight and hands-on expertise to his role.
He began his career at Arcus Consulting LLP, contributing to large-scale housing developments and gaining valuable experience across all stages of project delivery. After qualifying as a RICS Chartered Building Surveyor in 2011, Tom continued to build his professional portfolio before joining Anderton Gables in March 2014 as a Senior Surveyor.
Since then, he has progressed rapidly through the business, supporting clients across commercial projects and professional services, while helping to drive sustainable growth within the company. His approach is defined by clear communication, commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering value for clients.
Tom is a member of the Association for Project Safety and serves on the committee for Constructing Excellence Liverpool, where he contributes to strengthening collaboration and best practice within the regional construction industry.
