Niamh’s experience includes drafting and negotiation various construction precedents for her clients, such as: JCT and NEC suites of Contracts, Consultancy Appointments, Development Agreements, Warranties, Novations and Security documents.
She specialises in various sectors such as: Higher Education (acting for various university groups); Local Authority (acting for numerous Councils across the country); Housing Associations across the UK, NHS work and private client. She mainly acts for her client’s in their capacity as Employers/Developers.
When not working, Niamh is a very keen fitness fanatic, and has recently discovered her love of Hyrox competitions. She also teaches various fitness classes.
