Erol is Chair of the Bradford Interact branch and Interact National President. Erol is a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer with 30 years’ experience in the design and project management of multi-storey steel and concrete framed buildings, large warehouses and major refurbishment projects.

Erol established Adept in 2007, a civil and structural consultancy and has grown the organisation to now employ over 45 members of staff. With a very ‘hands on’ approach to projects, Erol specialises in client liaison, management and co-ordination of projects from the very early stages to completion.
